Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right for you as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at service@glint-jewelry.com.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order online at any time before the product has been shipped. If the cancellation is made before shipment, your entire order amount will be refunded.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped or delivered to you.
Please note that all cancellation requests are subject to a $7 processing fee.
